Carlebach, Azriel
(1908-56)
   Israeli journalist. He was born in Leipzig. He was secretary of the International Sabbath League. After serving as a foreign correspondent for several newspapers, he founded and edited Maariv, the most important Hebrew newspaper in Israel.
